What are the words that infuriate you or you feel they are thrown around easily?

"Don't fall down.", "Don't hurt yourself." and "Be careful." are common and patronising.
The appropriate response seems to be "Thanks for the advice." or "Shut the hell up, I'm concentrating."

I hate when people say, " That's gay," or, "That's retarded." To me those are derogatory remarks. They are so demeaning.

Empowering

Pretty much every fucking thing seems to be 'empowering' these days. Lost all meaning for me.

And SJW. I guess it one point it was a term for over-zealous tumblr types but now you see it everywhere. Express the slightest concern over something and some twat comes out with 'SJW'.

Islamophobia is starting to get on my tits too.

'Hate' is badly over used it is a very strong word and i tend to point people i know out on it and inform them they dislike rather then hate, that and 'sorry' has become a throw away word.

Probably "stupid". Seriously, there are people who can't change a tire that think they're somehow more intelligent than the average person. Just way too subjective of an outlook.

Misandry, misogyny, sexist, sexism, racism, racist, and cisgender.

All but the last is oftentimes abused and utilised to shut down discussion, used as go-to cards to intentionally rally discord, gather blinded support, and are otherwise utilized as a means to get one's way in a tantrum-like manner. "Cisgender" tends to be an insult utilized in conjunction with misplaced vengeance. When not used tmock what I previously mentioned, that is.

I love how people say SJW in a derogatory way. Because regardless of your position, you've effectively said, "These people are fighting for social justice, and I hate them!" It makes you sound like a comic book villain.

I'll buck the trend and say: Unique.

Because dammit, something can't be 'kinda unique' or 'very unique'. By definition, something is either unique (unlike anything else) or isn't. There aren't gradations of it, gosh darn it! Get it right, people!

Could you explain why they infuriate you or why you feel that they are thrown around easily?

Autistic, Faggot, etc. Really any go to insult on the Internet these days it shows they either don't even account for who these people actually are and what they go through or maybe even care. I don't resort to derogatory slander revolving around a large group of people because I know injustice and descrimenation and it's never fair or warrented more than often fuelled by hate or cruelty. That's one ideal that's easy to follow through with.
