It took filing a ticket but I managed to get this resolved. Feel free to delete or close this topic.

I wanted to cancel the auto renewal on my yearly sub so I followed the links to cancel it. I got the little box at the end that stated the auto-renewal had been canceled but under membership status on my page it still has it listed as recurring: yes along with the billing date. I tried it a second time and the same thing happened so I am not sure if it is actually canceled or not.

Could I please have a staffer confirm if the auto-renewal is canceled and if not can you cancel it for me. Thanks in advance.
