In what way is questioning why a year old thread was bumped being butthurt?

The story is a year old.

Because people of a certain Internet age would rather be EXCITED! than develop reading comprehension.

I agree, it's at times enough to make you side with that one guy on here who says religion as a whole needs to be completely rejected.

Because it's not against the rules. In fact, Mr. Make-Believe Moderator, the rules encourage posting in old threads before starting new ones. Complaining constantly about things isn't a good look, especially when it isn't hurting anyone.

What makes you think they wouldn't do the same without religion? There are plenty of reasons one can find to justify their erratic behaviour.

I'm sure they would, but most of our conflicts right now boil down to religion or perceived race. So it's just one less excuse.

If complaining constantly is so bad why do you keep complaining about me having reported you that one time? At what point did I ever imply that I thought posting in old threads was against the rules? Do you seriously not understand the difference between asking about the motivations behind an action and claiming said action breaks a rule?

I think Nalaniel has a point, it's like when kids bully another kid because he has glasses or some other dumb shit and then when he gets a little older his parents give him contacts and then they start giving him shit about his nose or something. Most of the time when people fight the alleged reason they're fighting for is, for at least one party, just a convenient excuse to pick a fight like a dumb schoolkid.

Yeah, dumb people will always do dumb things. There really is no cure for that.
