I have recently canceled my Crunchyroll membership, and I Got charged for three months today which I didn't wish for.

For billing issues, please contact customer support directly using the /contact form. Be sure to choose Billing as the issue.

You keep making new tickets, which does not speed up the process. Your PayPal details you sent in never went to the actual open ticket because you keep replying to an old closed one. I've merged them all together now.

Or last reply was on Wednesday, 5:13 PM CET. After that you kept making duplicate tickets based on an older, closed ticket.

Either way, looks like there's something wrong we can't fix on the customer service level. I've moved the ticket to the customer service managers, so they can forward it to the developers.

So what should I expect to do. The issue is still. That my money is being held by Crunchyroll, And That I Got charged money for canceled subscription, I also contacted PayPal Yesterday nothing could be done there.

We should be able to manually revert that transaction. I'm going to point them at the ticket on Monday evening when they are at work.
