I received an e-mail stating that my Premium Membership has expired. I activated a 12 month pass around last Christmas and on my account it says Premium Member until Dec 2016 but when I try and watch shows it says try free trial of premium and only shows me previews. :(

I am having a similar problem on my account. For a period of 3 months after getting the 12 month gift in December I was being charged for a second premium membership (pay per month). In order to fix it, the support staff told me to cancel the membership. While that has (hopefully) stopped the double payments, my account didn't revert to the activated 12 month membership, and currently states that I am a premium member until 2017 while not allowing me to watch any premium shows (only previews, like above). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
