Refuse or not they are, a surprising number of fruits are not sweet, in fact most of the fruits you think of as sweet are genetic mutations mate.

To answer OP yes I do, I prefer frying them in olive oil though.

I've never heard of this... Do people do this? Why? It sounds disgusting! Or is there some hidden mystery here? Do green tomatoes suddenly become tasty when cooked?! I can't imagine.
