So, which is more challenging, exercising your brain or your body?

May you only choose one.

I guess physical exercise. I enjoy learning and mind games more than exercising.

I think physical because... Physical's aftermath is the soreness, meanwhile Mental's aftermath is the feeling of accomplishment and joy. Though physical can have it's feeling of accomplishment and joy. This made me think a lot.

I believe the difficulty of the challenge would depend on your discipline and training / preparation for the task at hand...

If it don't leave you drenched in sweat, barely able to stand and breathing so harshly it feels like ya can't get enough air it ain't challenging. So physical exercise. Any idiot can do math, the truly skilled run a military grade obstacle course.

What can I say I think physical exercise is the true test of a human being and judging by the rising rate of obesity it's one more and more people are failing.

Mental. Knowing what I want done and how I want it to turn out is easy. Going about making it happen is another, especially when I'm required to follow specific formulas. Running conduit is a bitch. That, and learning to read electrical prints are singlehandedly the two most daunting aspects that I'm tackling in my field, thus far. Jumping into boxes and panels without knowing much about them prior to having to land wires follows soon thereafter. Physical feats are generally easier, for me.

I can run for about a block and then I'm out of breath. 200 lb top heavy fat man with short legs can't run. I can lift weights though.

Nonononono I forgot to mention how much I hate physical exercise. I'm a thinker.
