Saw it today.

Yes, it was very, very good. Lots of funny, lots of heart, two great leading characters in Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde.

Definitely one of those "buy it to catch all of the background jokes" films.

...and score by Giacchino, so there you go.

Can't decide between this and The Witch, a horror movie with a high tomato rating. 89%. And I fucking love historical settings. Though yes, from the description it seems to be a buddy cop film?

Gave it an 8/10. It had good themes that weren't Disney's overused themes. I liked the allegory to modern day society, but felt it got too in-your-face at times. Great characters and development as well as animation. The story was well paced and well executed, but there was some plot convenience that I wish wasn't in it. One of the best works from Disney/Pixar in a while (The Good Dinosaur was complete trash imo, but that's a discussion for another day) so I'm excited to see what's next from them!

Only saw it the 6th time today. All 6 times I let out at least one laugh even if I knew what the joke was, because the animation was just so well done that I picked up on little things the more I watched it, and some things I didn't laugh at before, I laughed at later.

I love this movie, saw it twice in theaters and definitely plan to buy it when it comes out. I loved all the references in the movie, especially the Breaking Bad one

Took the kids to see it at the movies and everyone loved it. Cute, funny movie. Will definitely have to get it when it comes out on blu-ray. Then the kids can watch it a million times like they do with every new movie

I really didn't have high hopes after watching Frozen (I think I was the only one who didn't like the movie... no judgement!)
but wow, this movie had more twists than I thought it would. Great music and great character development.

Judy Hopps has become my new favorite Disney character and this movie has also become my new favorite Disney film. I haven't been looking forward to a Disney film this much in a very long time.
