we live in an era of congressional gridlock no matter which party wins. So no, I'd never move - but the ineffectiveness of both the Senate and the House are equally disconcerting as any candidate for President

Considering I don't live in the USA I probably wouldn't. Trump may hate us in Scotland but I doubt there's anything he could actually do about us.

<---- Is Canadian. Is also laughing his ass off at the choices America has while trying to ignore the joke sitting his ass in the PM's chair here.

No, not really. It would be my duty as an American to stay here and fight all the wrong Trump is doing, whether it be building a wall or genocide or something. I mean, what would happen if Oskar Shindler said "Fuck it, I'm out". We wouldn't have a movie. :/

I'm not a US citizen, so no. I'm probably safest where I already am... hopefully.
However I'm not exactly optimistic in regards to having a man with the psychological maturity level of a 14-year old being in one of the biggest positions of power in the entire world...

If Clinton or tRump wins we will need a underground railroad, so I'll stick it out.

While I don't care for either of the front runners, I'd not move.
If I were, it'd be to Germany or Sweden.
Canada doesn't need me.

My true dream would be to move to Japan and become a commercial fisherman, alas, they have plenty of those.

No, because even if he gets in the, the founders were so smart when they made our government that every branch only has a certain amount of power to wield. Not to mention he will surround himself with people that he can trust to give him advice. Personally i would take him over Clinton in a heart beat. She lied about Benghazi and americans were killed because she blamed it on a anti muslim video when it was clear that wasn't the motivation. Why cant we get a female president like Condaleeza Rice, now that's a women i would vote for. Instead we get the socialist Bernie Sanders and a liar in Hillary someone who is so out of touch with the average American. At least with Bill he game you the notion that he cared. Another thing with trump is that he isn't a career politician and that's why the average American will vote for Trump because he has no ties to politics and he isn't being bought out by special interest groups. We can do way worse than Trump, look Obama was a one term senator before he got elected President and he was a community organizer his whole life influenced by Karl Marx and such.

Like Frostbrand said my dream is to move to Japan too.

As my history teacher said:

Doesn't matter who, in which elections, in which time, there's always been extremists like Trump who would try to win to make huge immigration laws change. The first of its class being, Republican President Warren Harding in 1921.

In my case, NO! I've been through worst presidents than Trump, believe me.

No. A presidential term is only four years, and with only an allowable second term in a row. Not even thirty years down the road, Trump would only be a drop in the list of former presidents. We'd look back at him in much the same light as Nixon, Truman, and the like.

I won't have a hissy-fit over a president.

crying about moving to Canada or somewhere else because Trump is in office isn't going to do any good. I'd probably would work an underground railroad.

If things REALLY got catatrophic though, I guess I'd hit up my relatives in Spain.
