Are you a judgemental person?

I tend to judge bad parents.
A thousand things go through my mind when I see a kid misbehaving and their parents don't do a damn thing to stop them.

I am judgmental about art and music, but not people

It's not judgement if I don't get to sentence them to death, confinement or torture. So no, not yet at least.

it really depends on the situation. as you said about bad parents.

I don't judge anyone I just point at their flaws and laugh with the understanding that it can go either way.

I try not to "judge a book by it's cover," but I end up failing. I can't help it I guess. I'm a terrible human being.

I judge. I judge. I judge.

And I'm usually wrong, but mostly correct.

Of course. I find it hard to believe that there are people who don't judge (not that anyone asked). Judging isn't always a negative action, and when it does come to the negative aspect, the lesser evil is the group of people that can keep their thoughts to themselves (in most cases anyway), and I respect them for that.
