Rejoice. The person above you looks like a dinosaur.

Dangerous bacteria.
Cancer if you consider a virus a living organism anyway. It doesn't exactly show all the signs of life.

Why would I want to kill off any creature or species? This world is a delicate balance and getting rid of just even one insect can have grave consequences for the rest of the world. I don't like mosquitoes or roaches but they're here for a reason. Even if all they do is annoy us they are some creatures food source and without them those creatures may not be able to survive.

Here's a bit of info on what purpose a mosquito might serve:

Mosquitoes do play an important role in a variety of ecosystems. For example, each year when the snow melts in the Arctic tundra, mosquitoes hatch from their eggs and make up a significant part of the biomass. Some scientists believe these insects serve as an important food source for migratory birds. Mosquitoes even impact the migratory routes of caribou. As caribou move through the Arctic, they take certain routes specifically to avoid mosquito swarms. These migratory routes then impact plant distribution, dictate the feeding behavior of wolves, etc.

In aquatic environments mosquito larvae serve as a food source for fish. In other habitats, spiders, salamanders, frogs, reptiles, and other insects consume mosquitoes. Mosquitoes themselves feed on decaying leaves, organic debris, and microbes. They serve as pollinators as well. Around 3,500 known species of mosquitoes occupy every continent and every conceivable habitat. Yet, only around 200 of these species will annoy humans and even fewer will bite.

If they were wiped out:

Most scientists agree that—compared to other organisms—mosquitoes are unusually efficient at sucking blood from one individual in the population and then transferring the blood to another individual. This makes mosquitoes adept at spreading pathogenic microbes. As a consequence, if mosquitoes were eliminated, the spread of certain diseases would halt—but there is a downside to such an outcome. While the population might become healthier, its numbers would swell and overpopulation would eventually become a concern. Overpopulation then leads to the loss of health because of limited resources and, thus, leads back to suffering.

So just removing one tiny little nuisance could have far reaching effects. It would disrupt everything from migration patterns to the food chain itself. Beyond that mainly I just don't like the idea of taking life. Any life. I might not like mosquitoes and they may not think or feel as we do but that is still their life and it is the only life they have. I try really hard not to take that from them. Sometimes it can't be helped but I won't actively go out of my way to harm them.

Homo sapiens and Flavobacterium sp. KI72, my reasoning is that the ecosystem will not be negatively impacted in any way or form if theese two went extinct. the world will even be better off without one of them.

If I could? None of them.

Ecosystems are complex, and killing off one organism will affect everything no matter what.

It's better to just have them there, while I don't want centipedes or worms crawling over me, they serve their purpose to the letter.

Sounds like the typical rigged wish a malevolent genie would offer you. No matter what you choose, you find out in the end the consequences of your choice are actually really fucked up.

Mosquitoes and mosquitoes... Eradicating mosquitoes actually wouldn't harm the ecosystem that much. Although that statement is up for debate between some ecologists, many agree that mosquitoes going extinct would cause minimal harm and perhaps more good if they were gone.

I would choose two bug species, but of them all I say mosquitoes and spiders. Mosquitoes provide absolutely no benefit in the ecosystem as just about the only thing they are there for is to suck blood and spread diseases. Not to mention, they are nasty bugs, so those buzzers need to be exterminated. As for spiders, they are just plain creepy to look at and be around with, so that's why I don't think too highly of them.
