And this is why we can't do hypotheticals.

Let's see... One individual wanted to take to the battlefield and mow everything down with ballistics... Two individuals were willing to humbly submit and quietly obey..., while one individual chose to "Civilly disobey."

I pointed out, what in my opinion was the best answer.... Why is that a reason for not having "hypotheticals?" If you think you have a better solution, then by all means don't feel you can't present it. By all means, present! It is what free speech is all about.

The power of free speech is the power of freedom, or the power to be enslaved. If you give up your freedom, and choose to be enslaved, it was within your power to do it! If you chose to disobey, to make your statement, then you have made your statement, and you've been heard. If you chose to send rounds down range. You'll be heard too, but in the end much would also be destroyed. It is why that option must be carefully considered before exercising it.

I happen to think that sending rounds down range is a valid answer, but only as a last and final resort. To me, absolute obedience is also the same as absolute submission, and an absolute surrendering of your individual freedoms. I am not one to submit. I choose creative disobedience to get my point across. In the end if my point is not understood. Then I still have the option of sending rounds down range.

You too, have options. Nothing was taken from you. Feel free to exercise your options.

Yea i'm not reading all that, doesn't take much effort to know the tone...

Then be a coward and don't read it. It's O.K., because that too is an option for expressing yourself....

I fail to see how opting out of reading something I don't care about makes me a coward but, hell you a complete stranger know me so well that we might as well have grown up together says it's true so who am I to follow common sense and the laws of physics & nature.

Get the anime from anime cartels.

If it was illegal from the start then I wouldn't have ever watched it.
But if It randomly became illegal one day, then, that's another story.

Perhaps you meant it is NOT worth sodomy. But hey, whatever floats your boat. You might fit right in.

Then I'll make it legal. You'll all thank me

Just play JRPG's I mean they're technically games with a, some what, anime story so I would be ok. I haven't seen a seasonal anime or a new anime in 2 years now. I'm taking a break from anime atm

if anime was illegal what would you do in that scenario.
i say start a secret underground otaku society.

Oh, you mean like the one we had back in the beginning during the early 90's, when the news told parents it was "Ultraviolent tentacle porn, after our children"?

Or...like the one they have now in Japan, where admitting you watch anime is tantamount to confessing that you're a militantly unemployed agoraphobic Internet-addicted pedophile slacker.
