What it says in the title basically, from any genre or country.
From the lack of female acts at festivals you'd think there isn't a lot but that's another topic.

I don't typically like the female voice but I enjoy Paramore.
Back to work
There aren't a ton of female vocalists that I'm really into, but my favorite female artist would probably be Dessa: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U13DaFJq8ls
I'd say about 75% of the music I listen to is female artists or female fronted bands. Most of the ones I currently listen to are Japanese bands/artists although there are quite a few from your list I've always considered among my favorites...
Florence and the Machine
Jefferson Airplane/Jefferson Starship/Starship
Stevie Nicks/Fleetwood Mac
Joan Jett/Lita Ford/The Runaways
Others I like...
As for Japanese acts...
LiSA/Girls Dead Monster
Momoiro Clover Z

Oooh you like Warpaint! I've seen them live twice. Have you heard Jennylees solo album?
I don't want to update my status. Oh wait...
I love The Pretty Reckless, but that's me. I never thought that lil Jenny Humphrey would go onto become a rock singer.
Floppy brunette bishounen are muh ultimate weakness
Definitely Melanie Martinez
don't let your memes be dreams brah
Ling Toshite Shigure (not necessarily fronted, but she occasionally takes a lead role)
Coerur de Pirate
Marina and The Diamonds
Iwrestledabearonce Krysta Cameron
Eyes Set To kill Lindsay Vogt
The Birthday Massacre Chibi (Sara Taylor)
In This Moment Maria Brink
Stitched Up Heart Alecia Mixi Demner (Scene girl dream girl)
Lacuna Coil Cristina Scabbia
Now I don't want to feel a thing anymore.
Kate Bush is far and away my favourite; I've been a fan for 30+ years. I also like Aimee Mann's solo work (not so much 'Til Tuesday').
I like Lucius (Brooklyn)
I like some of the ones above that people have mentioned too.

with wings, take flight...
I really liked "Bôa" They were a band from the UK. Female lead on the vocals abd all other band members male. They did the opening theme for "Serial experiments Lain" which is how i discovered them.
They did twoi great albums.
"Lily Allen" hey girly i know right? but i like her style.
"Tokyo girls style " (or "Tokyo Joshi Ryu") I love these girls. J pop of course. They have several albums. There were five members but currently four.
As for hip hop, "The lady of Rage" is the best female rapper i have heard. She was on Dre's "The Chronic" album a bit and down with Snoop Dogg and tha Dogg Pound.
I really like her old shit, now I don't listen to her much if at all
Want to make a contract..?
Portishead, Broadcast, Garbage, Mazzy Star, Asobi Seksu, Deerhoof, Cibo Matto, salyu x salyu, Melt-Banana, Sloth Love Chunks, and Emily Haines & The Soft Skeleton are some really good ones off the top of my head.
