I have a very adictive personality and often over do it when it comes to gaming.

More often than not when I have a day off I will do tasks then eat lunch before playing a game. Normal right?
Well here's where I kinda go over board...

Several hours will pass and before I know it, it'll be like 3 o'clock in the mourning...

Suddenly overcome with an intense wave of fatigue & hunger I start lurking towards my kitchen trolling for the lunch from earlier that day, and then start ravenously devouring left over scraps of food like a wild animal. To tired to do my nightly routine I curl up in a ball on my sofa, and riiight before I get to sleep realize that I might have a problem.

How do you bing play?

Edit add: let me clarify. I asked for stories about a game you binge played, not a (keyword & context coming up next.) General discussion about (keyword coming up usage like a search term.) Games in general. Etc.

I apologize for getting salty, i'm just tired of people misunderstanding my machinations.

3 O'clock in the morning is all? lol noob

Sorry, I had too. Generally 12 hours would be a small sitting for me, though I do get up to go grab snacks or something to drink throughout that time. Go to sleep and repeat.

Lately my binge playing has been 151 and FFXIV.

Side note: Drunken ninjas do not perform ninjutsu very well...

I need to have some form of caffeine, coffeem soda etc. Some snacks on hand and friends. If I have no friends to play with then chances are I'm going to sleep earlier then I expected.

I sometimes can just have tea and/or coffee and energy drinks but often when i have my really big gaming sessions it invloves alcohol.
I think both single and multiplayer games i can go long sessions and loose sleep over.
But yeah iam not really one of those gamers who will just really quckliy eat and jump right back in. I ofetn have a decent break and eat and chill for a bit.

EDIT: oh and i like playing at night more than during the day. Even though the shif i work makes it so that i should do the exact opposite....
I often, on weekends wake up with game cravings but its not all that often i will play early in the day.

Loreen needs to learn the difference between keywords and context instead of needlessly moving my nonsense.

I don't think I binge play that badly, but on average I set aside a few hours on a day off for a favorite game franchise (Sid Meiers's Civilization). However, when it was still fairly new, I have known days where I did go past nine hours in one session, breaking only to eat, clean up and use the toilet. When you can save a game for resuming later, it's kind of easier than just trying to get it all done in one day.

When I'm on gamer mode, gaming becomes my other work.... 8hrs gaming ^_^ basically my nighshift. There's certain weekends that exceeds more than an 8hrs shift.. Of course, I take a break when nature calls..

Although, please don't game for hours without break. I've been hearing a lot of news that people died after binge gaming for hours. Those breaks are important, even just going to the bathroom will help, basically move around ^_^;; so that blood clots would not form.

Before I was 24....I would've said 3 am in the morning is totally lulz, but now...yeah. Can't really binge play anymore. Best I did recently was marathon a 16-hour session for Xenoblade Chronicles X. Takes a while to recover from past some point in your 20s

my definition of binge is basically all day. I think I played 17 hours of the division on release day. and truth be told that was pretty crazy for me lol. normally a good new game for me is like 10 hours on release day or the first time I turn it on.

its a pretty standard routine for the most part though. wake up, turn on specific gaming medium, go to kitchen, turn on coffee machine, go to bathroom, #2, back to kitchen, grab large mug, fill with coffee, return to room and plant ass in front of afore mentioned gaming medium. play till eyes bleed (with cigarette breaks, coffee refills and one or possibly two sandwhich breaks thrown in, depending on the length of binge).

Last time I was obsessed about a game was when Catherine came out. I played the entire thing nonstop until the end credits rolled in one weekend.

I haven't binged for awhile, but I remember doing it with Bioshock, F.E.A.R., and Resistance 1 and 2.

Just grab snacks, water, and coffee to stay up.
I think for one of those games I stayed up for 48 hours straight.
