My Xbox One app doesn't work. It works maybe once or twice a week if any. I don't feel like a valued subscriber when this happens. I've done everything i can think of to try and fix it. If you have any idea how to fix it please let me know. If it's not something i can fix then please fix it on the development side. I can't recommend Crunchyroll to my friends when i know some services don't work properly.

If you aren't specific about the errors you're experiencing, the community can't help you troubleshoot the issue.

whenever I load up the app it will freeze then kick me out a couple seconds later. I wait a couple seconds to select it again but it does the same thing. Freeze then kick me out. Sometimes the app won't even load. It will just kick me out imideatly after I select it. I will also receive a Xbox message saying I need to be signed into love to access the app. But I'm already signed in and all my other apps work. Any suggestions on fixing it?

Odd. i am not having this issue with the CR app. But, I get it with the Funi app.

That is the standard issue alot of people have trouble with the xbone app. It happens to me every day. The current walkaround is to uninstall the app and reinstall, then launch from the notification that pops up when it's done. It works 99% of the time for me, unless the xbox core services are down and EVERYONE has issues downloading apps. Just don't start any other app or game until you are done watching unless you want to do the reinstall again. Also people have said that having a queue larger than 100 shows makes it crash. Wether that is true or not I really haven't cared to mess with it.
