I basically missed the last 2 seasons of anime completely. Any "must see" titles I need to catch up on?

One Punch Man is certainly pretty great, also ERASED from this season is pretty intense.

Yeah, One-Punch Man. That's it. I don't even like most new anime, since it's all overly convoluted plot and moe garbage, but I have to say One-Punch Man was a breath of fresh air.

Just take it easy, you don't need to watch anime everyday. If you dig deep, then you'll find some very enjoyable anime, like After War Gundam X, which has great music.

If you want an extremely original spin on the classic modern military vs. Lord of the Rings genre then Gate is the way to go.

Durarara x2 is pretty great, if you watched the 2010 Durarara.

Nah. you can skip OPM. It's overhyped. Put me to sleep.

Dimension W

Erased

Aokana: Four Rhythm Across the Blue

Konosuba

I hear Ojisan to Marshmallow is pretty good, but I have yet to watch it.

Utawarerumon: The False Faces is good

GATE cour 2

Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash

Anti-Magic Academy: The 35th Test Platoon

Shomin Sample

Chivalry of a Failed Knight

Beautiful Bones

Concrete Revolutio

Heavy Object

Tantei Team KZ: Jiken Note

Young Black Jack

* In all seriousness though give OPM a try. It just wasn't my cup of tea and I truly hate the frothing at the mouth some others have over it. But it is unique and has really cool animation. *

Four to take a look at from last fall are Osomatsu-san, One Punch Man, Concrete Revolutio, and Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans. Not all are for everyone but you shouldn't miss them if they're a good fit for you.

And also Owarimonogatari if you're up to date, it was a very good season.

IT all depends on what genre you like man ,

But these what stands out for me becuase they are well written , adapted and animated.
Fall season
One PUnch Man, Haikyuu, Kidou Senshi Gundam ,Noragami Aragoto

This winter ,
Erased , Haikyuu, Kidou Senshi Gundam ,Utawarerumono False Faces
Assasination Classroom, Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu
and the sleeper title to me was Konosuba

and if you want silly over the top, Osomatsu-san from Fall-Winter

One punch man is either amazing or terrible apparently. I personally loved it.

ERASED is very VERY good, although the cliffhangers at the end of episodes are extremely suspenseful.

Norogami Aragoto was reallly good too, quite the cast of characters.

Ojisan and Marshmallow is pretty nice, good for a quick break between things.

Konosuba is goddamn hilarious, and just got greenlit for a second season. Very Excited!

Those are at least the ones that i watched that i can recommend.

Here are a few that I've had fun with:

Noragami Arogoto (Watch the first season first, though)
One Punch Man
Young Black Jack
Boku Dake ga Inai Machi (A.K.A Erased)
Dimension W
I'll also add Konosuba. I haven't actually watched it yet, but of the clips I've seen it actually looks pretty funny so if you want a comedy maybe give that a try.
