So on my page it says I have a normal membership and when I go to resubscribe I get this error " Sorry, you are ineligible because you already had a free trial or are currently a Premium Member.' Ive been a premium member for a couple years and it has always automatically renewed but for some reason it did not out of the blue.

Help?

Couldn't tell you why it didn't auto-renew, but this should let you skip the free trial: /premium_pick_plan?membership=premium

now its showing it, it was weird. the last 3 days it was not letting me buy or showing i was a member even on my devices.

i am paying each month with proof of debit orders from my bank account for the premium member service, but my account is seen as normal. i do not wish to unsubscribe i would just like my account to be fixed since i am paying for the service.

I'm pretty sure you set up a Premium Membership on a different account as I do not see any purchase history on this one. Can you submit a ticket through support?
