My best dish tends to be a Penne with Bacon, Mushrooms and Chorizo added in topped with some oregano and chilli or rather it's my favorite next to pizza.

Aside from the usual steak/chicken/fish etc; also don't mind baking. Tend to make chocolate based desserts because Chocolate is the king <3

Probably lasagne - when I have time to cook it.

Mostly I can cook anything reasonably but I can't serve. Just drop food onto the plate and dish it out.

I would have to say scrambled eggs. I love'em, make them pretty regularly (high protein and they're fast) and my niece always wants some, even if she just ate, so I must be doing something right. Although.. I'm pretty sure she'd eat crayons if given the opportunity.

I can cook a few things, I keep a school folder with printouts of my favorites. But I guess my signature dish is the one everyone asks for again, which is my Crawfish Chowder.

I make awesome baked Macaroni and Cheese. I get asked to bring it to every potluck, and friends ask for it all the time. When I do take it to an event I never have any leftovers - they usually lick the casserole dish clean!

I cook a lot but the one I get asked for most is my chicken noodle soup. Any time my daughter gets sick, that is the only thing she wants.

Pan seared flank steak with red and green peppers, tomatoes & red onions with a white wine sauce served over white sushi rice.

Texas chili made with sirloin, ancho chilis, bell peppers and beer. No beans that just takes away from the awesomeness.

Both are awesome and the make multiple meals of leftovers too =)

I can't cook....

The last thing I made was pasta and it was so bad it made my girlfriend puke after a couple of bites....

So I give up on cooking...

Chicken-fried Steak with dirty mashed potatoes and southern pepper-cream gravy. I've never gotten a complaint on it and most ask for seconds or thirds.

Maybe my halibut curry. That is one that my better half brags on the most.
I also make a few mean desserts such as panna cotta and lemon curd mousse.
I enjoy cooking and baking.
