Congratulations? I never really clash with SJW's anyways unless its a topic that really makes them look stupid & I literally try to save them from themselves so I don't have to feel embarrassed for them anymore. Ex. Not enough people of color in The Witcher 3 (Even though its based off Slavic mythology & it's like asking why is their only Asians in Jade Empire)

But you do know it is a derogatory term right? Or are you trying to change the definition like those other SJW dictionary arguers who say that black people can't be racist?

Someone else said it, but being a SJW in it's negative connotations is about presentation and its lack of tact. You can share your view without burning the bridges and ignoring and avoiding the reasoning of the opposition. If someone wants to call someone like PV a SJW, then sure drop this sarcastic bravado in their face. The point of it all though seems to be to not be afraid of backlash to sharing your beliefs in a respectful manner.

I mean, no one noticed how many times the word SJW is used, or the amount of people who use it?

No but seriously, why do I feel so ostracized? I've been called a SJW several times. I've learned to embrace this title as a title of good! Of JUSTICE! Though it still disturbs me how many froth at the mouth ranting about a bunch of tumblrinas who are not as organized a political power as it would justify the amounts of rants on CR. Though I do admit, political correctness is sort of going overboard (And believe me, I'm probably the most politically incorrect forumer here.) though the radical right worries me as well.

So in essence.....I've learn to enjoy this.

Secret Judar Warrior as far as I'm aware, heh.

SJW is an ad hominen--it's thrown at individuals when people aren't smart enough to make a proper argument of their own.

It can be funny to use but only in proper contexts and not all the bloody 'effin time.

Social justice "whiners" is what unfortunately makes up 90% of today's sjw's. A true social justice warrior is someone that actually makes a difference. PV have you ever done charity work, spent time in the sun helping to build houses, raised money online if you don't want to leave the comfort of your room? Most of what makes up today sjw's would rather whine about minor inconveniences then tackle real issues because that would requires real work and effort.

I just can't take any sjws, feminism from first world countries seriously anymore. This is a poem from someone that I look up to that I believe sums up my thoughts exactly.
Note I will only give their user name to someone I believe won't spend their time harassing her for her work.

What the f*ck is a Social justice Warrior?

What does that even mean?

Do people have nothing better to do then to do weird sh*t and make up weird names to feel important about the weird sh*t they do?

Other countries having worst problem's doesn't mean we don't have any.

There's an often misquoted statistic that women get paid 76 cents for every dollar a man gets paid (usa). This number isn't made up, but it's not for the exact same job as often claimed. On the other hand it suggests that either women aren't seeking out these jobs, or there's some preferential hiring or promoting going on or fields with more women (teachers) get paid less. Some of that might come down to statistical biological differences, but I'm sure some of it is cultural stuff that still needs to be sorted out.

My dad despite agreeing with gender equality still makes comments about how women or moms are a certain way. And the founding fathers owned slaves. Basically I expect these problems to be around even in the first world for a vary long time.

When the largest and most thorough study looking into hiring practices within STEM (specifically tenure track STEM positions) found that women are preferentially hired 2:1 over men, and in many areas across the world, women actually make more than men until their 30s, I'd say that most of the variation comes down to life choices.

Further, the whole "teachers are underpaid" thing is a myth. They actually get paid pretty darn well, especially when you take into account summer break.
