I think one very important thing about tradition is to except that it will evolve as time goes by, with time comes change and if you do not except this your are just being ignorant... then again plenty of that about these days.

The only problem I have with tradition is not tradition per say But the bloody atheists who insist on turning sacred traditions into commercialized and profane mockeries of what was once a beautiful ideal.

On a more personal level I believe that tradition is a catalyst for creating lasting memories with my family and friends, so why ruin something that is considered sacred to a group of people?
