It's not rocket science fat people are lazy do to how they got fat and want a quick way to loose it.
I mean no diet = same calorie intake ÷ how much you excercise, so if fatty wants to keep gorging himself then fatty has to work out A LOT more. But I feal for them because once they get to that point there stomach's stretched out so the're brain tells them they still need food.
Etc.

It's as simple as this. A regular breakfast ( nothing extravagant.), a simple sandwich for lunch, and a normal dinner. Your body doesn't need as much energy as you think, you don't really even need lunch unless you excercise.

But for years it's been blown out of proportion so what I say doesn't matter, media hype has turned it into some sort of extremist concept.

Cut calories.

You can run every day, but you are not going to get anywhere eating 3k calorie sworth unless those daily workouts are extremely intensive.

I've lost 95 pounds from 300 with a sandwhich diet. I use a brand of bread that is 100 calories per two pieces and eat a slice of ham (usually 30 calories) with a slathering of mayonaise (estimated 90 calories) on the bottom bun. So that's 220 per sandwhich. I have a 1800 calorie restriction daily so I can have at max 9 sandwhiches (of course that's not all I eat.) To reward myself on days where I just wasn't as hungry as others (maybe I have only eaten 1200 calories worth that day) I have special meals/treats planned out at differing intervals of calories so that I can meet my calorie quota daily.

The best way is definitely to cut 500 calories every day. You can find out how many calories you need in a day to maintain your weight from websites or by visiting a nutritionist. Also, physical activity is very important as you really need to replace some of your fat with muscle mass as it will keep you looking nice and toned. I eat a lot of filling and high-protein foods such as avocados (taste really good blended into a smoothie with bananas and peanut butter) and oatmeal, and usually eat something like salted nuts or wasabi peas in place of chips.

Diet and exercise.

Diet as in eat regular portions, do your best not to drink your calories, and stay away from the never-ending chain of snacks and junkfood. You can eat it as a reward (in limited quantity) but try not to eat it just becase. Don't bother following fad diets. Fuck them, you'll get fat right after you're done with them. Don't even bother with calorie counting. If you think that shit is something you shouldn't have, you probably should skip it altogether. Fat free muffin? Low-fat cake? Fuck all that.

Exercise. If you have 30 minutes every day to go on reddit, or read bullshit on the CR forums, jerk off to porn, or watch anime, then you have 30 minutes to devote to helping yourself not look like shit and die early. No gym near you? Fuck it, buy a $12 resistance band from ebay and do some P90X. No resistance band? Do some push ups, sit ups, running, and all over varieties of exercise that don't require special equipment.

You need willpower, and if you don't have it learn it! Put down the fork.

Cut out the crap sugar, fast food, chocolate, bad carbs (bread) and start a high protein and vegetable based diet. Drink only water and teas and work out 30 minutes a day.

Exercise will soon replace that chocolate bar or that pizza as that thing that boosts your mood. It will also last longer because a chocolate bar isn't going to make you go "daaayum!!" in the mirror lol.

I wouldn't believe all the fancy tricks and advertisements. There's no real way around the facts:

- Excess fat results when your body takes in more calories than it can burn.
- So to lose weight, you need to burn more than you take in.

There are a number of ways you can accomplish it, but the easiest is to do cardio and eat healthier/less.
