I moved back home after being gone for 2 years I noticed recently that somethings up with the sun it's brighter than it was when i used to live before I moved. Normally I would be able to drive in the morning without sunglasses and in general but now that the weather is improving I find its nearly impossible to drive with out them now that I have my old routine back I noticed that it's definitely gotten brighter recently and I can't find much information on it it's a subject that people just don't want to talk about. Also is it me or is the sun not as yellow as it used to be when I was growing up its like its starting to turn white I think.

I think you're on to something because I am driving to places earlier in the morning and have found that the sun has become brighter than before. WDF, I'm a big supporter of all environmental issues and would go as far as to get rid of all technological advances in order for our Earth to be better but since that won't ever happen, I'll resort to being disappointed of the fact that us humans with all our intellect would choose to ravage our Earth in all sorts of ways for an unethical way of living. It truly disgusts me of what we have done to the Earth and I wouldnt be at all depressed if the Earth somehow wiped us out from our existence.

May be an atmospheric issue. I doubt the sun is burning any hotter.

Well, I guess it could be reflection from the buildings that intensify the UV rays. I don't think the sun got any brighter. The sun appears white since it's all the colors mixed up...

Mmm, it could be the particles in the atmosphere is reflecting the sun's ray more thus it appear more luminous.

Brighter and hotter.

Before I could come out in the sun in the morning and feel just fine but now it burns... it's no longer safe to go out without protection from the heat at any time of the day while the sun is out.

I get the feeling that you're trying to tie this into 'man-made global warming.' But I can't see your reason for doing so.

You might have memories of an alternate dimension. The brightness and apparent color of the sun is one of a multitude of possible alternate memories related to something called The Mandela Effect that may or may not be indicative of alternate quantum dimensions.

Or maybe you are misremembering things.

What's the deal with the sun?

It's a big burning ball of gas in the middle of nothing, shooting out solar flares that cause auroras and might wreck modern civilization.

What's up with that?

The sun will get brighter as it ages, but not that quickly.
A lot things can make people more sensitive to light, lack of sleep, some drugs (both legal and illegal), allergies or other inflammations of the eye for example.
