Ah man, that episode was so rad. It was like a mix of Kill la Kill and Super Lovers.

I'm just curious, will CR ever pickup the Precure series for American viewing?

Oh wow I didn't notice anyone else had posted. Thought it was just me and my friends watching so I gave up.

It was a pretty cool form though a bit confusing. I expected electricity or earth and I guess it is electricity technically? Seems flexible enough for some cool stuff later.

Still have to check if the new one for this week is out.

CR has the first season available http://www.crunchyroll.com/pretty-cure

Other than that, it doesn't seem like it and not really sure why. Maybe Precure license is too expensive for the pay off?

Netflix picked up Smile Precure redubbed as Glitter Force, but it got the 4kids treatment so it's butchered pretty badly(including straight up removing some of the best episodes).

Sailor Moon in High school left me with a fondness for Magical Girls. they are just so much fun

Heart Catch was my introduction to Pretty Cure and I've hunted down the other seasons since then.

Glitter Force might not be as good as it's original (and wow is it heavy on the exposition) but it's still a good way to introduce English audiences to the series.

As for Maho Girls. I'm like the intro of Kotohaa. She is all power and little self control, still has a lot to learn from her "mothers"

I think this is the first time the main villain has changed mid series, which is a new twist. The Genie is being fairly quite so far though, just letting lizard boy vent and use up his bones.

I wonder if Haa-chan can still use the lesser Gems to transform like she did when she was little?
