It's about figure skating apparently.

Staff includes Mitsurou Kubo and Sayo Yamamoto. We are getting a new PV soon though.

its been a while since ive seen a good yuri. sakura trick was good. Akuma no riddle could have been good, but it really wasnt a yuri without the opening.

People have pointed out that the character is written with a long 'u'' which is how you spell the Russian guy's name Yuri.

Either way, if it's anything like Michiko&Hatchin and The woman called Fujiko Mine, it's still going to be loaded with sexual imageries.

But anyways, done by a great studio and a great director: I see no reason not watch it regardless of what it's about.

Yuri is meh...but, if the figure skating has a good story and concept, then i'm down.

Seeing a sports series that dives deep into figure skating sounds interesting. If it's a series all about Yuri, then it won't peek my interest.

Yuri loves ice-skating ever since she was a kid - she was motivated after seeing a professional ice skater perform. She later becomes proficient and enters an ice-skating competition, meeting new friends and challenging herself to be the next top ice skater of Japan.
genre: drama, comedy, sports, shoujo/josei, romance

not the actual plot description of course. this is just guesswork.

i was so excited when i heard the title but apparently the characters in this are gonna be guys? *gets less excited* but either way im glad for a second skating anime. as long as the character designs are good tho.
