I stopped receiving guest passes for having a premium membership for about 3 months now.


and in the guest pass section is says my next guest pass will come in 2 mos.

quote "2 mos." is exactly what it says.
Any clue what the situation here is?

We all have the same problem by the looks of it. Haven't seen an "official" answer.

Yeah I was going to gift one out and it says I don't get one for 3 months? Wasn't this supposed to be a perk...

Im having this problem too really annoying it went up from 8 months to 9 months ( I assume that's what 9mos means)

Guest Passes are broken at the moment. Crunchyroll Support posted in one of the other Guess Pass threads that they were aware of the situation and working on a fix. No time was given as to when the fix would be done.

A Crunchyroll Customer Service rep recently posted this that might help you:
