I'm just really happy to see stuff other than the Golden Age arc.

I'm feeling negative about this show/movie.. Why do I have feeling it'll be just first complete season 1, and they never go on making Season 2?

By the way Marcus Octavius will simply laugh at Gut and call him Barbarian than cut him down!

YES! This is perhaps the greatest news I´ve heard all year. But I´m also a bit worried about the show itself, the animation has already been revealed to be that blend between 2D and 3D, which honestly doesn´t look so bad compared to other shows, at least it´s not as bad as Ajin, although Ajin is highly entertaining and I really like the show, the animation can be really uncomfortable to watch at times. Also the fact that this is being made by the studio behind Teekyuu is bizarre to say the least.

If I´m not mistaken, this series will also be around 24 to 26 episodes, so let´s hope the adaptation doesn´t end like the original 1997 series, if the last episode ends in a cliffhanger as bad as the original anime did I´ll probably kill someone.

Let´s just hope for the best, really looking forward to this. Now Crunchyroll users will know who is the real Black Swordsman.

It's supposed to pick up as Guts as the Black swordsman. This 25-26 episode trend that they are apart of is angering to me.. 40 books out and we get 25 episodes and 3 movies that rehashed the original 25 episodes? lol Come on now.

Yeah I was kinda dissapointed too when I knew the movies told the Golden Age arc all over again, but in my opinion the Eclipse was done way better in the movie than in the old series. And we got to see Skull Knight, which was a major advantage over the tv show. Also, the Golden Age arc is arguably the best arc in Berserk in terms of characters, so it wasn´t that bad, except for the CGI models in most cases.

Looking at the staff behind this and the PV, I have my doubts about the quality of this series. I hope I'm wrong.
