I've been getting an error saying "Unauthorized request" for the last couple of days now. This is the second time this happened. The first time, I looked through the forums and found something that helped. Unfortunately the error came back, and the same fix did not work. I am running my iPad with iOS 9.3, and have tried everything I can think of to fix this problem. I deleted and reinstalled, logged out the device and disabled it on the CR site using my PC (which is the fix that worked the first time), and have turned the device itself off and on several times. I am at a loss as to what to do next. as I am paying for the premium, I would like to see this issue resolved.

I have the same problem. I tried to do the same but only worked for a short time.

To be specific it says "unauthenticated request" and it's happening to me as well. I have the iPhone 6s please could anyone help? I'm constantly my phone to watch the next episode.

Restarting*

This isn't fair, we pay to have service. I've e-mailed Crunchy Roll already about this. They have not responded, yet I've sent a screenshot, seriously, I've been dealing with this for ten days. Every six hours I have to restart my phone. I refuse to pay if they're going to continue treating me this way. Also, I highly suggest the episodes adjust to the full screen of a phone. When my iPhone is sideways and the video is previewed in a square format, I doubt there's much pixels being condensed. A cell phone is small atleast make the view fullscreen.

I don't see a ticket in our system from your user name. Did you send it to us through the appropriate /contact form or to an email address?

That'swhat comes up on my iPhone 6s. I'll leave my phone for a bit in the middle of an episode (after pausing.) When I come back a press play the quality gets poor, then I therefore exit out to the episodes list, and click on the episode again. This way it reloads with the sound and picture quality It started with. But, "unauthenticated request" pops up immediately after. I am connected to a high speed wifi that supports two laptops that my roommates use, this happens even when their not around.

Same thing is happening to me, I'm cancelling my subscription before the next payment if the problem isn't resolved because it's obviously widespread enough.

I am having this same problem on my iPhone 4s. It just happened tonight and has never happened before. I just wanted to watch episode 3 of the flying witch while on break at work

I went to an Apple Store and they said the problem is the app, and not the iPhone.

So do Crunchyroll staff look at these posts? There seems to have been no activity on this at all. This is really VERY poor.

I have the same problem on Moto X. Its for a premium account and I get the Unauthenticated Request error.
