Agree with you.
We cant live without money. House, clothes, foods, even applying for jobs needs money.

Well, being poor sucks. Limited opportunities, stress, negative health impacts...

I can't imagine being rich is any worse.

People call me crazy for this, but I don't really care for money it's great to have around but it causes a lot of unnecessary headache if there's too much of it and I imagine being on either end of the wealth spectrum can be burdensome because if you're too rich, you might have to worry about lazy kids, fighting within your family of who gets what, and where's all that money going to when you die. On the other hand if your too poor, you might have to worry about bills piling up, debt, and what you're going to eat and this can cause a deteoration in health and I've been on this end watching my parents struggle and I thank God it's over and that their both still in good health. I want to be in the middle living comfortably like someone said in a earlier post.

It's just paper and number typed into existence on a computer. That's all it is people..

That being said it would be nice to retire young and not have to work anymore. You realize working you sacrifice your time, youth, Blood, sweat, tears and energy for money. It all a charade to begin with in a system that was created by the very rich.

It's very relative. If you use that money to take advantage of things and hurt people that's no good. If you use money to help people that's very good and admirable. Keanu Reeves gives money to charities and lives a humbles life. He takes the public train. He was paid 10 million dollars up front to be Neo in The Matrix and he gave a lot of that money back for them to make the movie better.

Depends what riches one would have.

As one with a lot of money could also use them in "clever" ways, so in the end sharing a bit of love with their ways of using it.

Becoming rich doesn't improve your happiness.

Being anxious or depressed about something like being too poor to pay your bills doesn't happen but instead its something else, such as boredom or loneliness.

People, even close friends, distance themselves because now saying something immature around somebody who is high society makes themselves look uneducated or could add a bad rep to the rich friend.

Depressed people who become rich still remain depressed about something else.

This is why the phrase "money can't buy happiness" is popular.

I would say it is better is most circumstances, but not all. I'd rather have a stable job with steady pay than have to worry about if I can keep the corporation profitable because a significant portion of my fortune is tied to the company stock. That pressure and anxiety would make me want to kill myself if things start going south.

I can't say I envy the executives that I know that get in the office before 8 and don't leave until midnight or later just to make the company successful. Guess that is why I don't make the big bucks.

Of course if we are talking about being rich because of inheritance and trust funds, yep the positives definitely outweigh the negatives.
