I thought people just decided one day that they wanted a baby so a baby appeared.

I remember being a kid, asking my older sister what "sex" meant and she told me:
"Sex is when a man puts his finger in a woman's bellybutton. Then, like, a year later a baby comes out."

Don't know if she wanted to protect my innocence or if she's just a massive troll.... '' > _ >

The process I learned from watching Adult Swim ON ACCIDENT when I was a kid

The birth, I thought they would cut up my mom's stomach, take me out, and then sew her her back. Which is somewhat true when it comes to C-sections and other birth practices. My mom's stomach wasn't cut up though

I didn't really think about it. I kind of had an idea of what sex is because of what I saw in movies as a kid, but I don't think I ever really understood reproduction until middle school.

I didn't think about it much. When I eventually found out, I didn't really care.

For some weird reason, I thought a couple would have to make out for a long period of time until they fell asleep.
You know when older people say the phrase "I slept with X"? Yea. I literally thought a girl just has to fall asleep beside a dude and wake up miraculously pregnant.

Before that, I used to think the couple just had to be close to each other (hold hands, kiss, say "I love you") and somehow the girl just gets pregnant through some airborne sorcery.

And then 3rd grade came along and we were given the little 20-page sex booklet complete with illustrations.

The trauma.
