My parents and grandparents spent quite a bit of time of time teaching me to read at an early age. Anatomy and weather were among some of the things that I first learned on my own from reading. If it weren't already apparent to me my dad at one point with no context that it was the same as dogs

Unrelated: I remember my mom taking me along with her to one of her collage classes and another student noticed that I was drawing in a 2-point perspective... that is a memory that stands out. I didn't think much of it so I thought it was odd to receive attention over that.

I shudder to think of the amount of patience it would take to do the same as they did for a child of my own. I'm sure it would save a lot of frustration in the long run but damn.

I was told how babies were made pretty much off the bat. I asked, and I was enlightened.

I thought it was impossible for babies to be born from the vagina, so I thought they came out of the anus lol

you know that lint you find in your belly button? Well I was told that if you dont clean it out it grows.
And when it gets big enough it runs away behind the couch and it waits there jiggling and gets even bigger and I was told it then grows into a baby

By having sex. Sperm fertilizes the egg. I got the talk, with a full on bio lesson, at a young age.

I just thought if you were slightly naked next to someone of the opposite sex and you touched them you'd probably get them pregnant. It terrified me when I was like 10 because I thought I'd brush past someone during swimming class and be a dad.

To tell the truth, for the longest time I didn't quite understand the concept of aging.
I was the youngest child and all of my sisters were older than me, but as far as i was concerned everyone who i knew was just put there at the same time as me. Didn't have to deal with a lot of babies and i didn't want to so i didn't really get what birth was until our elementary school principal had a son

I thought babies came from multicolored eggs and which came from chickens on a farm.

My parents never hid the way babies were made. I learned about them by watching porn at a very young age. Though they did tell me that the way a baby is born is by cutting open the mom's stomach and taking out the baby then sewing the stomach back up.... Needless to say after hearing my dad say that at a young age, I never wanted to get pregnant or married

I'm pretty sure I never thought about it as a kid.
