Crackle: very limited selection, free w/ ads, but it's the only legal place to watch Valkyria Chronicles (and one or two other anime that Sony inherited the NA distribution rights to)

iTunes: for purchase only (except for a few classic anime movies, which can be rented), but they have a decent selection of titles.

In terms of physical rights.

Right Stuf - Has some distribution rights for a few anime (physical copies only).
Discotek as well.
There are a few others with distribution rights here in the US as well, most just own a few movies/ovas.

You missed http://www.theanimenetwork.com/Watch-Anime/

Aside from viewing online, they also have a Roku app. While Sentai makes many of the same titles available on Hulu, subscribers to TAN get commercial free viewing, access to some episodes not available on Hulu (mostly dubs), and 720p HD video (for titles that were in HD). TAN is also available to viewers in Canada, and as we learned last season, some other countries (although with a more limited catalog outside the US & Canada).
