But to answer the question, its whole boiled yellow bellied grouper, I liked the entrails. However the bone geletin leached into the muscle fat, which made a disgusting slime that did not taste well to say the least. I would not suggest this, no matter how much I baked it afterwords the tissue would not gain a nice consistency. The gelatin did not even taste omega like, it tasted like rancid fat.

Why did you go for boiling it whole? Every recipe I've seen in a short search suggests fileting the fish and deboning.

I don't put weird things in my mouth........

There you go everyone. I set myself up pretty good with that one so have at it. Just thought I'd do my part and take one for the team. Lol, I guess it's a two for one deal today.

All joking aside I'm trying to think. I'm a very picky eater and vegetables are just too bitter for me to stand so I don't try or eat a lot of weird flavors. Plus I'm allergic to everything so that further lessens what I will try. I really can't think of anything odd I've ever eaten. If I don't like deer meat then you can be sure I'm not going to be trying something weird like Octopus eyes or boiled bat nuts. And don't even bother saying: "Well it's just because you haven't had deer meat cooked right." If I had a dollar for every time someone made that claim I'd be a rich man. It's always the same. Man, you just haven't had it cooked properly. Here try mine. Gag! Sorry, it just tastes like rotted meat to me. You can dress it up like you want but it still tastes too wild and rotten for me to handle. Sometimes I hate being a super taster.

I feel so sorry for you because you can't eat anything... even if your deer friends don't know how to cook deer to reduce and eliminate the gaminess. Not that venison is anything to write home about. It's what you feed food banks and homeless shelters.

Meatlovers Pizza Blended in Cola.

YES it was awful ...i mean it tasted good in a way but it was so overpowering of a taste that it made it taste awful if that makes sense?

The texture also made me feel sick i mean if it weren't for the texture and it wasn't so powerful as a taste it would of tasted nice

Sorry got the fish wrong, I meant yellow croaker not grouper. I just felt like trying this type of cooking and croaker was suggested.

I had raw skate fish with noodles, I don't remember the Korean name was. It tasted pretty good but the texture was awfully cartilage-ly for a western boy like me, it was rather hard to eat and chewy. A skate fish is kind of like a stingray. I think it was Hongeohoe of some sort not sure tho lol.

I once ate Pufferfish Sashimi , a dish that could have killed me, instead it turned out tasty enough that I want more.

True blue cheese with lavender from Holland I've never tried smth like this before so it was an interesting experience! And this cheese is very tasty I regret that I didn't have an opportunity to try the red and green one in that shop
And speaking about drinks... The most weird thing fro me was trying a very special alcoholic coctail which consists of vodka, energy drink, fruit juices and ice I dind't expect that it'll be so tasty and also no hangover on the next morning!

I've eaten a lot of weird things.

Weirdest was probably when I caught a skate, removed the wings, and sliced off the two chunks of muscles near its mouth and ate them raw with wasabi. They were pretty good.

Weirdest drink was probably blood. I had a lot of severe nosebleeds as a kid so my grandma would feed me all kinds of blood foods.
