So I recently logged on and decided to add some shows to my queue when I noticed the ads came back. Now I've been a premium member since 2014 and I hadn't logged on for a couple months but I decided to recently and I contacted the customer support about it asking why I was paying for a membership if it was saying that I had a free account when I am able to show that I am in fact paying for premium. They got back to me and after giving my basic information needed to look up billing they said it was tied to the account: [email protected] and I would "simply" have to log into that account but I don't have access to that account. I don't know how he got the login info but he did and switched it over to his email making me unable to get access my benefits. I don't know the guy but I did do a reverse search and found out it is somebody that lives in the same city as me but I don't know them personally and I don't give my account info out. Anyways I asked to either have the membership switched over or terminated if it cannot be switched. I haven't received word yet but I am a bit impatient and want to know if this can get resolved quickly? Also is there anything I can do about this membership thief? Like somehow report them? Sorry for the complaining but any help is greatly appreciated!

Is there any possible way to just cancel the whole membership on my card and I'll just restart my membership with a different password?

If they're merciful, maybe. But this link may provide context - you're very far from being the only one this keeps happening to.

I'm really glad to hear it, and kudos are due - I wasn't sure how deep the "No one is allowed to take their card number off a prepaid subscription until it runs out" policy ran.
