Hi, I've been a long-time Premium user due to the fact that I can utilize the Crunchyroll application on Roku. As of late, when logged into my account (Premium), I can access the "Drama" and "My Queue" sections just fine. Unfortunately, when trying to access the "Anime" section, either the section loads but no animes are displayed or the application crashes during the page's load. I've logged out/in, removed/added the channel and have made sure I'm utilizing the latest Roku firmware. It's weird, if I'm not logged into my account (Premium), I can load the "Anime" section and see Crunchyroll's available anime. Any ideas on how I can resolve this issue and/or is it a known issue? Would purchasing a Roku 4 help? Any info provided would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Did you unauthorize/reauthorize the device via the website when uninstalling?

Unfortunately, I'm still experiencing this issue on my Roku 2 utilizing HDMI output. I have uninstalled the Crunchyroll application in conjunction with unauthorizing/reauthorizing the device via the website as directed but it has been to no avail. Any other info you could provide would be greatly appreciated as I have to browse available animes on my phone and then utilize the search function on the Roku Crunchyroll application to access the content if I wish to watch it on my television. Thank you!

Yes, I did. The weird thing is, when I'm not logged in, it works fine...
