Not a problem seeing as I just finished Dying Light. The finale is a god damn joke and the "final boss" isn't even a fight, just a quicktime event.

The world will be fine if we just press X.

Oh man, that was just the best.
"Alright, final showdown, best weapons equipped, as well as plenty of medkits, let's do this."

Only to be greeted by a quicktime.
I mean fighting his thug was more enjoyable, and even then I just stood near a doorway and slashed at him.

and that fight, as well as the arena fight before it both involved stripping you of all your equipment and forcing you fight with a melee weapon provided by the game. >.>

It didn't even bother trying to come up with an excuse for it the second time. You're just suddenly ass naked when the fight starts.

Last game I played was Kerbal space program. So the first boss and last boss is gravity. So were pretty fucked.

Yeah I mean at least the first one made sense and was somewhat fun, the second one, you're just suddenly up against a bunch of thugs with guns with only a melee weapon to fight with.

The climb up Rais' tower was hilariously easy for me though, I'd just camouflage myself and go around snapping zombie necks every now and then. So I guess you can say the whole last bit was a disappointment, from when it gives you the prompt saying you won't be able to go back.

Xenoblade Chronicles X.

I'm barely on chapter 3 so I don't know who the last boss is but I'm guessing it's going to be hard.

It's actually the final boss of the last game you played, not the last boss you fought. So it wouldn't be the Crystal Sage if you played DSIII

Yeah, the climb wasn't bad. That whole linear obstacle course run was pretty idiotic though.

As for the prompt; I'm not sure I've played a game in recent memory that tried so hard to constantly remind you it was just a game. You're forever being bombarded with game notifications, dlc advertisements, multiplayer ads, etc. Any semblance of immersion or tension the game attempts gets tossed out the minute in a matter of minutes.

And don't get me started on how it randomly disables the grappling hook whenever it wants to force you to play a level the way it wants you too instead of the way you've been playing the other 90% of the game.

Sorry, I finished the game more out of spite than enjoyment so I'm still ranty about it. It just got consistently worse rather than better. Its basically a 5 hour game padded out with 30 hours of MMO style questing, achievements, grinding, etc.

Also the controls felt like I was trying to play Mirror's Edge while drunk. -.-
