Post Reply do any of you have siblings or half siblings ?

I'm a reclusive person so it does not bother me.

I never understood people who felt the need to search out for their "real" aka biological relatives... I'm not the sort of person who would do that.

There are plenty of ways online to find people. Most of them you have to pay for but it can be done if you know their names, city they live in or address along with a little bit of other information. Obviously the first thing to check is Facebook, Twitter, Google, Flickr, Goodreads, Instagram and other social media sites. There are a lot of them out there and most people are on at least one of them. In the off chance that they don't do social media there are sites like Classmates along with dozens and dozens of paid sites that let you do checks on people or get background checks. Most of them access public records which anyone can do if they have the time or knowledge. The easiest way to go about it would just to call your dad if you can get his number and ask him for the information but I don't know if you'd want to do that or not.

I have a lot of step siblings. My dad was the kind of deadbeat father that was always going around and getting younger women pregnant and then moving on to the next women when his kids are a couple of years old. Real class act. I don't talk with any of mine. It's just too awkward and I'm not exactly a people person.

Keep on incest.. anyway sure some could even be attracted to their own children and still be "fine" and as a step sister you could say she do look good but dunno taking anything more then that would be anything, being attractive is one thing while doing it might be another thing.

I wouldn't think you would think so far of this would you? (but then I don't know how much of a "liking" you got or anything like that how close or how you guys are)

I have five older siblings. I'm the youngest (most likely an accident too).

I hear this a lot, can you explain this "perfect family" thing? No sarcasm. My family is very non-traditional. lol.

The illusion that the only ones my parents ever loved were each other, I guess. And that the fruit of that would be the children that they would raise with so much love and affection. There's the dad, the mom and the children always eating together. Oftentimes spending time with each other. Always happy. But of course that was the illusion of the naive me lol. No family is without any problem. I know that far too well.

I have two younger sisters, one of which has been estranged for the last 3 years. We just recently reconnected so I am very thankful for that

An older half-brother that still lives with our dad. I live with my mom right now so we don't really talk much.

I have an older half brother. When my dad met/married my mom, he was maybe 4 or 5. We grew up together like any other siblings, so I don't really say he's a half brother, just a brother.
