By telling myself one day it'll get better...then wind up getting worse again...

Well if I can't even stay positive myself, I couldn't in good faith try to cheer someone else up.

Gotta be Insane in order to be positive 100% of the time.. I know I am, even I witness the fall of Rome.. But I stay Positive thinking that I will recreate Rome in the future!

I read spiritual passages when I'm really in a rut.

I also like to soak in a nice hot bubble bath when I'm really stressed, or draw/color to take my mind off of it.

Talking about it with others is also very helpful.

Doing my favorite things (see profile) and thinking about my long term goals (like traveling as much as possible)! Whenever I feel like giving up (this is cheesy), but I think of all the people who support me and just what I want to accomplish in the future.

Watch an old favorite anime, one that i spent a lot of time watching and rewatching. If that doesn't work, sleep.
