I think i'm a very positive guy. Way more then i bet 80 percent of the human race (That's right i'm going big.)

I always look at the things the best way i can for starters. Bad things happen to me sure, but if those bad things did not happen how would i be able to experience the amazing things i have today? All that heart break, emotional walls being torn down. All lead to where i am and who i is. The bad have created this guy who i am now as well as the good and i enjoy who i am.

Sure, some great things ended badly but i had fun and obviously enjoyed it,thats why i made that decision to start with. Remember the good times with the bad!

Another thing! I avoid judging and drama completely. People gossip at work, when they mention said gossip or complain about someone. I never follow suit i always follow with a good thing and for them to understand you don't know where they come from. And if someone is slacking you get the chance to prove yourself that you can handle your work-load and some to the higher ups! Take the chance! But still i never judge nor do i gossip. Its bad for your health.

Another big one! I do not expect for anyone else to care. I want them too, sure i do. I am never surprised when they betray or turn there back though. The pain then is never there. There are hurtful and not very trusting people in this world! But i take this chance to be that guy,i'm the one who gives chances and would never turn my back on anyone! I help strangers each and everyday i can!

I go out of my way to make people happy! I say thank you to everyone who assists me even if there's job and how i appreciate the hard work they do! I will sit there and tell someone i love there hat or i think there car is pretty slick! Say nice things to people! It bounces back to you REALLY! Go out of your way to make someones day. I gave a beautiful girl a note once,to not even get her number or anything all it said.. "I thought you were beautiful and bright, you are out of my league so i did not leave a number.. Just wanted you to know" .. Bigger things like that or even smaller by giving someone a hand! THESE THINGS ARE THE BIGGEST DEAL! They change your mindset! Go out of your way to make someones day period.

It's weird but after me and my ex broke up, I've been feeling more and more optimistic. I have always been a pessimist and me being this optimistic for no explainable reason scares me.
Maybe it's good, maybe it's bad but for me I'm a bit scared

I think of pretty Japanese topless girls with cute panties dancing and having a pillow fight in my house...

I don't. Pessimism and hopelessness are my default states. Optimism comes and goes from time to time, but is often short-lived.

Learn to stop caring. Makes life easier.

A lot of meditation. On subjects, circumstances and various happenings. I read a lot of philosophy too. Listen to sound soothers and guided relaxation audios when stress comes along. Most of all, I tally the positive and healthy benefits against the negitive things that can approach you in life. From there, I recognize all the positivity that outweighs the bad. Even if there are days where terrible things happen in an abundance. The positive things are usually more significant. Otherwise, tomorrow is a new day to forge positive outcomes (not just expect them to happen). I say I'm a pretty mellow person. Years of practice of this kind of mindset will give you a lot of clarity, happiness, and leave you a peaceful person that's hard to deter.

I've had some friends call me the "Shining Beacon of Optimism" a few times before. Though in recent months, ever since being diagnosed as disabled, I think that beacon has dimmed a great deal. How do I keep from offing myself? I do all I can NOT to think about the subjects that distress or upset me. It's not the best method, but it works. There's nothing I can do to solve my problems, I've done all I can. Now I just have to trudge through them for the rest of my life. So distractions are a must. And I think alcohol is going to play a large part in coping. XD But in all seriousness, I just keep it out of mind.

I use to be very positive, always trying to be up lifting.... However people were always still so negative no matter how hard I tried.... Probably I lost faith in everything last August.... I am not really negative I just have low emotion to anything.... So I really feel nothing, but remember what it felt like... So I force myself to act positive but already dead inside... Life feels pointless, can't wait for death....

Haven't been happy/positive in years. Emotionally, I'm on autopilot 100% of the time these days.

I imagine the targets at the range are camel jockey's heads and I am back in the desert. Works most days.
