I think the first two options are viable, however the "making comments about someone's race" would only be racist in my eyes if the person making the comments was intentionally targeting a certain race and the comments being made were insulting.

However, I chose the first one because that's what comes to mind first when I think of racism.

Racism is the belief that all members of each race possess characteristics or abilities specific to that race so as to determine (based on these characteristics) which race is superior and which is inferior. So, basically, any of the above could be outward signs of racism, but racism isn't merely an outward act - but it's an internal/heart issue first and foremost.

Racism is a product of the complex interaction in a given society of a race-based worldview with prejudice, stereotyping, and discrimination. Racism can be present in social actions, practices, or political systems (e.g., apartheid) that support the expression of prejudice or aversion in discriminatory practices.

The ideology underlying racist practices often includes the idea that humans can be subdivided into distinct groups that are different in their social behavior and innate capacities and that can be ranked as inferior or superior.

Racist ideology can become manifest in many aspects of social life. Associated social actions may include xenophobia, otherness, segregation, hierarchical ranking, supremacism, and related social phenomena.

Got busy with work and quite a bit of travelling. Put the anime on hold until I was able spend more time with it.

I hate talking about racism. Everyone is bias and overly stubborn in this category.
Some races think they being completely picked on by the nation.
Some races think they are at a disadvantage over another.
Some races think they deserve something.

Every race experiences problems because of there race. Not just one or not just two. Media also blows it way out of the water in my country.

I do not think I could have said this any better. I agree whole heartedly.
