So I'm trying to buy a figure in the store (this one:https://www.crunchyroll.com/store/p/179845/Saber-Arturia-Pendragon-17-Scale-Figure-Deluxe-Edition-FateGrand-Order-Aniplex-Exclusive).

I put in all the fields, select paypal as my payment method and click on complete order.
But then it says "Your payment method has been declined."

I don't understand this? Does this item not have paypal as an available way of transaction? If not, what else could be the problem?

I'm having the exact same issue. It can't be a lack of funds being the issue because I have more than enough in my account to cover my purchase.

I've searched the Knowledge Base to try and see if there were any solutions and I couldn't find a thing.

Do you know if there is a direct contact number or email that we can use to try and get this issue addressed? Does anyone know what is going on and have any idea how to fix it?

I also can't go in and change my PayPal settings. Which means I also can't go in and double check to make sure everything was entered correctly. What's going on?

I used to use Paypal when I first opened my business. Not anymore. 90% of the time the transactions they wouldn't go through and process whether my customers had funds or not. I never would get notifications about errors or declined transactions, so I thought that was strange. Paypal's customer service didn't help at all.

Maybe there is not enough money.
That happened to me once, with the same message.

The transaction is probably flagged as potentially fraudulent by PayPal as the value of the order is relatively high. Splitting the order into smaller pieces should help.

I got in contact with the customer service staff. They told me to split the purchases into two as well. Thanks for the advice!
