Depends, what exactly happens when you load up the application, no errors at all?
Try the original "turn it off and turn it back on"(the xbone), might be a network issue - is everything else working properly? I forget if you need to be logged in to use it, so maybe check your login/profile.
I have an Nvidia Android TV - the only error I ever get on it is "session expired", which is solved by simply reloading the application.

Hella adorable picture/gif you have and I have tried this. The problem has been going on for about a week and a half now. I uninstalled and reinstalled. My xbox is set to turn off completely so no chance its just laggy internet from being up all the time. Ive signed out/in and ive even tried taking a few things off the queue.

Any idea what else i could try?

And as soon as i made this post i tried once more and my queue loaded up within just a few seconds of me clicking on it. Not sure whats up with it. Thanks though.

If you have an extremely large number of items in your queue (over 50), or there's an item in your queue with a broken thumbnail (look for anything with just a white box, and remove it via the website) can affect the app's ability to load correctly.

Launch the application through the home button when you reinstall it or pin a series to home. Both of these ways work.

Not sure if this counts as a necro, but since Im having the same problem I was wondering if anyone could confirm that having over 50 items in your queue will prevent it from loading on the Xbox.

A large queue can cause problems for some applications. I've also had problems where a specific show blocks the queue from loading, and that can be found by looking for a blank thumbnail on the /queue.

I've never ran into the crashing problem again. Even with a huge queue size.

Hi.

I'm having this problem. The app is pinned to home and I open it through that button, and still the queue won't show. My queue is far from 50.
Any other idea?

Far over 50?

Have you tried de-activating (/acct/?action=devices), uninstalling, clearing your cache, re-installing and re-linking?

Is the app crashing or is the actual queue not loading?

If the app is crashing, you need to set a show to the xbox home, not the CR App, if it's the queue not loading, do above.

FWIW I can't get my queue to load today either, and I'm on a PS3. Never had this problem before, but playback the last couple of days has been terrible so maybe it's on CR's end?

So it's been a year and it seems this issue still has not been resolved. From my understanding, if your queue is over a certain amount, the loading will never stop. Which is a shame because the History section shows way more than 50 episodes of what I've seen. I have 80+ things in my queue and have not been able to load the queue since I've actively watched Crunchyroll on Xbox One.

Crunchyroll. This is my plea to you. Please fix this year-long issue. It bugs me and many others so much. Thank you.

I have over 100+ items in my queue and haven't had any issues until yesterday. When I did finally have an issue, it was because a thumbnail couldn't be loaded. From what I can see, the Xbox client unfortunately won't simply timeout and show a blank image if the thumbnail download fails or times out. So, the queue is stuck in a loading state forever. The more items you have in your queue, the more likely it is that you might run into this issue. As such, it makes sense that larger queues could see issues, but my guess is this is only a secondary effect of other issues like this.

I agree that CR needs to fix this. It's ridiculous to not have a timeout value and instead simply fail the entire queue download operation if one single cover thumbnail can't be downloaded for some reason.

Thanks to some good advice in a different thread, I just removed a show from the queue on the website since it wasn't loading a thumbnail, and immediately after that my Xbox one was fixed.

Had same issue, Thumbnail wouldn't load, that fixed it once removed.
