You see someone you haven't seen in a long time. Do you..?

That depends entirely on the conditions of the last meeting lol. Usually either a big hug/handshake or no acknowledgement whatsover.

Honestly if it was someone I knew a long time ago, they probably wouldn't remember me. I'd just leave the area.

It depends on the person and my mood. I've made eye contact with a mate in the city and we've both just pretended we didn't see each other and talked to each other about it the next day. I guess it also depends where we are situated, if I'm in a big pack of people in the city and I want to greet someone I just wave and text them later.

Pretend I didn't see them.

In most case scenarios, I never recognise people I haven't met in a long time. Like one time, I was 25, and haven't seen this girl since elementary school... I don't know how she remembered me... was so awkward.

And she changed so much... like bigger boobs etc... so obviously it was hard for me to recall who she was.

If they don't come to me I'll probably pretend I didn't see them. Especially when it's someone from my earlier school... Uuh

If I haven't seen them in years, I usually don't really care.
People change so much they may as well be strangers.

Like others have said, it depends on the person. If it was anyone from high school/middle school, I'd most likely avoid them. But that's just me.

If it's someone I used to talk to a lot, I'd try and spark up a conversation. So wave/say something.

I wave and generally say "hey," approach them, and start talking.

What I would do is based on two things:

- Were we friends, and if so how close were we?
- Did our last meeting end on a good note or bad note?

This depends entirely on who that person is. For the sake of this poll, we will pretend it is an old friend. I would smile and wave

If they're just an acquaintance, avoid.

If they were a close friend, SLAP them (gently) and ask why they never try to contact me

Depends on whether or not it is a friend or foe.
