Hi. I'm trying to get this fixed before I consider subscribing to Crunchyroll, so any help would be appreciated. I've tried both the RCT and HDMI cords both, so that's not the problem. My internet runs fine. EVERYTHING runs fine on other channels on the Roku itself, and I even watch Crunchyroll for some of my anime at the moment.

However, when I try to watch a show on the Roku, I get the following:

Playback Interrupted

Sorry, the app can't continue playing your video because of an unexpected error. Please check your connection.

Crunchyroll is the only channel this is happening on. I'd love to subscribe because there is some anime worth it on Crunchyroll, but if I can't watch it on my TV and have to do it via computer, I'm not sure I'll subscribe at all.

Please, can someone give some advice on how to fix this or can someone tell me if there are plans to fix it at all? Everything is up to date that I can see as I tried to system update.

Go to your roku settings and under display type make sure the setting matches your tv. I had this exact same issue after I upgraded my TV to a flat screen. Once I made sure the roku was set to 1080p this problem went away. Sometimes though my show will pause to "load". Which seems to be a buffering issue.

Tried it, didn't do anything. Swapped between both settings I have available and still will not load.

Okay, managed to get the HDMI cable trick to work. Put it on 1080p and it works. Took some fiddling on the TV-end to get that to work. I do wish the other settings worked okay.
