this is a petition link btw
but, I think it is wrong, it is kinda like what my city is doing, knowing where I live is poorer, not as wealthy , they are tearing down houses and making big apartment complexes that go for 2000+ a month while down the road is section 8 and income housing, which is slowly being pushed back

systematic getting rid of the unwealthy
and bringing in more upclass buisnesses and living buildings https://www.change.org/p/don-t-zone-me-out-of-business?utm_source=action_alert&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=559805&alert_id=DnDpTOLqRh_FFs0jlCg7CaejqcsaOpjj8hArY9AoNF%2FfZhXXOsAGGkC8kvwy9mQHjt4mZXgGhkX

I've signed it. It isn't write to screw over the common man. If the roles were reversed they wouldn't want it to happen to them. We can't all be born with a silver spoon in our mouth.

I would guess if someone could focus more on those around a start to upgrade the living and the houses around there could be enough value, even though who of them would invest in that?

if you upgrade the housing the price goes up
when the price goes up the less wealthy cant afford it

that is what is happening where I live

Oh you mean the costs for maintance/misc stuff?
I thought it was different.. should maybe have checked the link -__- but else its good with upgrading stuff but again you can upgrade it in many ways some to be just overall better for everyone.

But I guess they don't do that and if you have lived there they would push you away (just a way to create anger and maybe riots?)
Else if they could work it out that can be a better deal (fixing old pipe systems that can be dangerous health or if something spreads) to building structure and maybe more that can be found digging up poor houses.
Again some older houses can have quite the past, so not all are destroyed by that.

yeah, so if you got to a good deal would you accept it to make all those things go away? (but again building such a building could take time and would need a place to stay for some years).. dope

Displacing low-income earners and small business from the "core" (or city) and relegating them to the urban sprawl periphery is a phenomenon occurring en mass in the era of globalization. Migration has affected property values; they have become lucrative, and the city represents the centralization of wealth. Gentrification is employed under the veil of revitalization or urban renewal to meet this end, allowing the city to be re-formatted by the "economically privileged".

So to support your thought, yes. I also believe it is wrong. I signed it, glad to hear he is at least trying to do something about it.
