No matter how the Stars finish the season, I am not surprised. If they decide to stop skating and try to turtle their way to a victory, I could see them losing the next four games to St. Louis. However, if the Stars play decent defense, which they proved they are capable of during the last month or so of the season, I could see them playing into June.

Regardless of who wins the Dallas/St. Louis series, it is going to be a treat to watch.

WAHOO! Pens tie it 1-1 heading to the Igloo. Now if Dallas can take care of business tomorrow.

Dallas is my second city! I remember when Ed Belfor was their goalie! <3

Haha yeah, I loved Belfour growing up. I even asked for a Belfour jersey for my tenth birthday. Good times.

Roussel, Goligoski, Klingberg, and Nichushkin need to play better, and as the Stars called up Ritchie the other day, I would not be surprised if Nichushkin does not play again this series. Even thought Dallas lost, I'm thrilled with how they responded after a terrible fist period. I feel Dallas is in good shape, especially if they can get the powerplay going and Seguin comes back healthy later in the series.

Well that was a little deflating after such a great comeback. But I didn't expect STL to be easy. Series on.

My biggest concern would be their lack of playoff experience. The Blues did beat my Blackhawks, but the hawks didn't want it this year anyway. They just didn't have the depth like they have had.

I'll root for the Stars none the less.

Pens got very lucky tonight. Capitals completely outplayed them and could have easily won if Murray didn't have the best game of his life. They need to bring it in game 4, especially with Letang likely to be suspended.

I agree with ya. The Stars' lack of experience may impinge them this series, and one could argue that it already has.

Crosby finally gets on the board to tie the game at 1 in the 1st. Caps have changed things up, and it seems to be working.

I predict a Sharks-Penguins Stanley Cup final. So far, these two teams look like the hottest one right now.

2-2 going into the 3rd. I wasn't expecting Pit to win without Letang tonight, but if they can somehow steal this one, they're in business.
