Why book stores? They smell really nice. And if you go in the right store they have manga.

Don't get me wrong.. I LOVE both places. I just spend way too much money whenever I go that it's not a very good thing.

Yeah I try to limit myself to $20 maximum when I go to a bookstore. I could easily spend hundreds at a time. That wouldn't be a good thing to do.

When people whistle or hum some piece of music, something weird happens in my head. I always have music playing in my head; it's completely natural for me to have some long series of songs going from the time I wake up until I go to bed. But when somebody whistles, often unrelated songs gets stuck there. Just the other day, a co-worker walked by whistling something that I didn't even recognize, and Tom Sawyer by Rush suddenly got stuck repeating, nonstop, for 9 hours. Nearly drove me crazy.

Of course, after reading that, you might already be convinced I am.

What the heck do you get for $20?! If I had to spend that little when I go, I might as well not go.

Hmmm... That's still not enough stuff. How can one pick two out of so many? It's just not possible. The minimum I spend at a Barnes and Noble is $100, and that's not even bad compared to how much I spend at Strand. >_<

Music.

I don't really get music. Hmm, let's change the order a bit; I REALLY don't get music ...there, a bit more accurate...

I don't listen to music. Only times I do is when it's part of something I'm watching like anime. I might check out things like Eurovision, but the music does exactly zilch for me.

But if it's music for the purpose of music, only thing it'll do is it starts to irritate me the longer it goes on. I have a car stereo. If I put on a radio station that happens to feature music on it, I may tolerate it a minute or so, after that it starts get on my nerves. If it's on half an hour with music, it'll risk being thrown out the car window. Consequently, the times it has been on since I bought the car can be counted with the fingers of one's hands...

I don't have an answer why I don't like music. Doesn't matter what kind. I guess that's my weakness...

Actually, to be honest, mosquitoes right now...this season the buggers are everywhere.

But typically my bane would be certain kinds of people. Not all, just a few.
