Clair Standfield from Baccano is a strange case in that I don't think he's scared to die. I think he just doesn't want to and nothing can possibly kill him. He's psychotic and I find him...fascinating.
Here's a quote from him.
"This world is mine. I think this world may even just be a long, long dream I'm having. You guys may just be illusions, and it can't be proven whether or not you really exist. In other words, this world was created with me at the center. So what will happen if I die? I don't know. My imagination isn't very creative. I just can't imagine myself dying. In other words, there is no way this world can completely disappear. But if I die, then everyone will disappear. I am the only one in this world who won't disappear. The rest are just people I see, as if in a dream."

SPOILERS, AHOY!

Osamu Dazai - Bungou Stray Dogs
Suicidal

Yusuke Urameshi - Yu Yu Hakusho
Seems especially brash and at one point surrenders his life to imbue his comrades with a powerful revenge to strike down their opponent.

Alucard, Anderson, and Walter - Hellsing
You might say "Well Alyssa, Alucard and Anderson were immortal, so of course they're careless." and you're right, but Alucard says multiple times that he can only be killed by a man, not a monster, implying that he wishes for death eventually. Anderson sacrifices himself and seems content while dying because he's finally at peace, and Walter is also a willing sacrifice in the mission to finally exterminate Alucard. There's a lot of wanton destruction and carelessness in the face of death for many characters in the series, but those three stick out.

The Count - Gankutsuou
Since this is a reimagining of The Count of Monte Cristo, the antagonist has naturally resigned himself to an eventual demise.

Seishin Muroi - Shiki
He's deeply troubled and eventually becomes an uncaring and willing pawn.

Kiba - Wolf's Rain
States multiple times that he isn't afraid to die, as he thinks no wolves should, and demonstrates this indifferent approach to death quite a bit throughout the series.

Heiwajima Shizuo - Durarara
If he's afraid to die he's never displayed it and seems indestructible.

Anyway, off of the top of my head. Since I'm on CR all I can think of is anime. Ha.

Guts from Berserk. I don´t think he doesn´t fear death, however he has decided that his one purpose in this life is to kill a certain man, and this is what gives him the courage to jump straight into the most dangerous situations imaginable, situations so deadly that only a man like Guts would dare to face without fear. Guts has suffered so much in his life that he doesn´t really care how he dies as long as he can kill his mortal enemy in the most painful way he can imagine. He has been on battlefields for so long that killing has become the most natural thing in the world for him, and his rage is what keeps him alive. A man who doesn´t care for his demise, but for that of his rival.

These are good but is there a character that isn't from anime or manga that's not afraid of dying/death?

The Vikings in Michael Crichton's book Eaters of the Dead which was made into the movie The 13th Warrior with Antonio Banderas.

They believe that if they die they will go to Valhalla and get to party, fight, and wench for the rest of eternity.

Quote:

Buliwyf: Lo, there do I see my father. 'Lo, there do I see...

Herger the Joyous: My mother, and my sisters, and my brothers.

Buliwyf: Lo, there do I see...

Herger the Joyous: The line of my people...

Edgtho the Silent: Back to the beginning.

Weath the Musician: Lo, they do call to me.

Ahmed Ibn Fahdlan: They bid me take my place among them.

Buliwyf: In the halls of Valhalla...

Ahmed Ibn Fahdlan: Where the brave...

Herger the Joyous: May live...

Ahmed Ibn Fahdlan: ...Forever.

This is the only photo I found with them all in it:
