Amazon got it for their streaming Prime service. Which means the rights were probably simply not available for Crunchy to get.

Not today though, as the episode had to be re-scheduled due to news coverage about a deadly earthquake in southern Japan.

They got the Disk release rights, apparently, but not the streaming rights.

What does this mean for everyone? Well, for starters, we will be producing the dub of the series coming to both Blu-Ray and DVD

However, now that Funimation will be doing CR's dubbing and disk distribution, presumably they will be releasing the disks instead.

What will happen to titles that Crunchyroll has previously announced it will be making for home video?
They will still be released, and will be distributed through our partner, Funimation. Crunchyroll and Funimation will be working together to produce all future titles.
