I no longer require this service so I decided to cancel my membership as well as the recurring payments. However, I still continue to get charged monthly despite that fact that it said my recurring payments were over. Once again I redid the survey to cancel my account, but I am unsure if that will work considering how it still says I have a next billing date.

Any help or information will be greatly appreciated.

Yea, stop complaining about it in forums and send an email to customer support at CR. Is it so hard to write an email?

well i mean this is a support forum, and i think this topic goes in the genre of support sooo....


The forums are primarily for user-to-user support. For billing issues, it's best to /contact customer support.

I did send an email a little while back, but I have yet to get a response. I just thought that posting this on the forums might help me out or get a solution quicker
