It's been more than 3 months since I last received a guest pass and the guest pass section on my account says that I won't be getting one for another two months. Anyone else having this issue?

I'm also experiencing this issue. Except for a shorter time. Around march. It says I wont get one for another 3 months.

Haven't had once since I joined with premium in December.

But apparently this is a known glitch that they still have to get around to fixing.

Yeah, known issue. Please see the sticky thread Guest Pass Inquiries, that gives instructions for contacting support. I think if you have a particular need for one they can do something like give a few free days to a user if you let them know who, but I'm not sure exactly; I just know they posted that thread saying you can contact them with "Guest Pass" as the subject..

In all honesty just get rid of them. What are they really achieving?

People are so worried about things like this when it's just an inconvenience for the people in reality.
